MC Jin just tweeted something unexpected - a wide-reaching diss track where the rapper assumes the persona of presidential candidate Andrew Yang

MC Jin — the United States’ best-known Asian rapper, and now a staunch supporter of presidential candidate Andrew Yang — has just taken to Twitter, rallying support in a distinctly MC Jin sort of way; the rapper’s recent post finds him superimposed into the DNC debates, taking shots at… everyone.

Over the instrumental from classic hip hop track “Shook Ones” by Mobb Deep, Jin assumes the identity of Andrew Yang, calling out Joe Biden (“I know you went to law school/said you were top of your class, well that’s not true”), Bernie Sanders (“What’s the matter, Bern are you embarrassed? Every other sentence seems incoherent”), and the debate’s moderators (“These moderators got y’all gassed up/won’t even let me talk, scared I’ll catch up?”), among other victims.

This isn’t the first time Jin has stepped into the booth for some pro-Yang raps. As far back as May, Jin had already put out another Twitter-friendly hip hop shareable, a remix of the classic “Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthing ta Fuck Wit,” entitled “Drew Yang Gang, That’s Who I Hooked Up Wit.”

Between Google ads and rapping with Jeremy Lin, Jin always manages to stay busy… but saving Yang’s poll numbers might be his toughest challenge yet.
